Is the free plan really free?

The software Free plan has limited messages, contacts and AI requests. The built-in FAQ engine has no model fee. Meta may charge for messaging, and Gemini free access depends on your provider account and quotas.

Can I connect my existing WhatsApp Business number?

Use official Meta onboarding where eligible, or the optional Linked devices QR connector when the administrator enables it. The optional connector is unofficial, needs a persistent server and carries disconnect and account restriction risks. Your connection is marked active only after WhatsApp confirms it.

Can my brand use Shopify or WooCommerce?

Yes. Connect an authorized store account, then sync products and recent orders. API permissions and provider setup are required.

How does payment approval work?

Select your plan, pay to the listed account and submit a screenshot with the transaction reference. An administrator verifies payment. Your paid plan becomes active only after approval.

Can you build a separate tool for my company?
