Terms of Service & Customer Agreement
These terms form the proposed service agreement between DAD TECHNOLOGIES and the business accepting them to use AUTO DADY AI.
1. Ownership and acceptance
DAD TECHNOLOGIES, Pakistan, owns and operates AUTO DADY AI. By selecting the acceptance checkbox when creating an account, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. You confirm that you are authorized to act for your business. Your acceptance time and policy version are recorded. A separately signed order form may set additional commercial terms.
2. Your account and responsibilities
Provide accurate information, verify your email, secure your credentials and limit access to authorized personnel. You are responsible for your business content, customer permissions, store settings and the messages sent under your account. You must own or be authorized to use connected WhatsApp numbers, domains, stores, brand names and logos.
3. Service and AI limitations
The service supplies a shared inbox, CRM, knowledge-based replies, optional AI replies, integrations, subscription management and an optional AI voice-agent add-on. Availability of specific connections depends on third-party accounts, verification, permissions and approvals. AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate. Review business information and use human handoff for important decisions. The agent must not be represented as having placed an order, collected money or confirmed an appointment unless a corresponding supported action has actually occurred.
4. Plans, fees and manual activation
Prices are in Pakistani rupees unless stated otherwise. The current plan page controls new purchases. Monthly plans run for the displayed number of days and the Annual Business plan for 365 days. WhatsApp AI and message allowances reset each UTC calendar month. Voice packages are selected and approved separately and use purchased-term call/minute allowances. Renewing the same active voice plan adds paid duration and allowance while preserving spent usage. A transfer screenshot is evidence for review, not proof of settlement. Paid access starts only after an administrator verifies payment and approves the request. Manual plans do not auto-charge. Same-plan renewals extend remaining time; switching to a different plan starts a new term upon approval. A different plan does not automatically credit the previous plan.
5. Third-party charges and limits
Software fees do not include Meta messaging fees, voice-provider or telecom charges, paid AI usage, hosting for a separately purchased installation, domain charges or charges imposed by your store or other providers. Free AI access is subject to the provider’s changing quotas and terms. The optional linked-device connector is unofficial and may stop working or lead to number restrictions. It is not a substitute for Meta approval and does not support template campaigns here. Quota reservations are consumed when messages are queued and AI requests are started, including cancelled campaigns and failed provider attempts.
6. Intellectual property and your data
DAD TECHNOLOGIES retains ownership of its product name, branding and original service materials. You retain rights in your content and customer data and grant the permissions needed to provide the service. A hosted subscription does not transfer ownership of the software, source code or trademark. Custom tool purchases require a separate written scope specifying deliverables, source-code rights, third-party licenses, fees, milestones and support. Open-source components remain under their respective licenses.
7. Suspension, termination and export
We may suspend an account for material breach, unlawful use, unpaid fees, abuse or a credible security issue. We will provide notice where appropriate and lawful. You can request cancellation and export your data from Settings. Ending a subscription does not remove mandatory consumer rights. Expired paid plans fall back to the Free limits. Contact support for account closure and deletion.
8. Warranties and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an as-available basis without promises of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, particular sales results, regulatory certification or search rankings. Liability limits, any service-level commitment and remedies for a corporate deployment should be agreed in a signed order form. Nothing here excludes liability or statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights arising from fraud or other non-excludable conduct.
9. Law, disputes and contact
The parties intend Pakistan law to govern the agreement, subject to mandatory protections and jurisdiction rules that apply to the customer. Contact us first to seek a practical resolution. Any exclusive court, arbitration clause or additional contractual limitation must be specified in a separately reviewed agreement.
